All boys trying out for the Darien High School Boys' Hockey Team will be charged $650 to cover ice fees for the duration of the season.  Any student who does not make the team will be refunded his ice fees after the final rosters have been determined.

No student will be allowed to tryout without making this payment and / or completing the following medical forms:

• Darien Public Schools Sports Participation Health Record
• Darien High School Extra-Curricular and Athletic Eligibility and Participation Contract
• DHS Coaches' Athletic Emergency Form
  

Tryouts begin Monday, November 30th.
